Bumbusi Wilderness Camp is nestled in an oasis of mature trees and shade which, bolstered by the waterhole and natural pool, makes for a wildlife magnet, especially in the dry season. The stone and thatch chalets all look out onto the lawns and water and compliment the incredible geology of this reclaimed wilderness. Expect hot soaking showers, a cool pool to soak in after a beautiful walking safari, cosy beds and great coffee and meals around the fire! A true safari experience.
What you will love

The swimming pool, fed by the natural springs, is as popular with the elephants as it is with our guests, making for some unique encounters.

The original stonework of the camp has been preserved with additional touches of canvas and thatch giving Bumbusi an authentic safari feel.

The lush green lawns and densely shaded trees of camp provide an oasis for guests and wildlife alike
